BONE (HEAD OF FIBULA) - Osteochondroma
Description
The lesion here is the 5 cm hemispherical nodule projecting from the lateral aspect of the head of the fibula; the lesion is coarsly nodular and covered by cartilage, which appears to be continuous with the periosteum.
